245 + 40 pounds chain x 3
245 + 80 pounds chain x 3 x 6 sets

Split Squats
BW x 10 per leg x 2 sets
I think these might be a nice thing to work in, as long as they don't hurt my patella.

Glute Bridge
225 x 8
315 x 10 x 3 sets
I'm assuming that my 6' bar weighs 25 pounds for these.

Ham Curl
45 pounds x 10
45 x 25
45 x 15

Ab Wheel
